"The owners are kind and sweet and accommodating. Brittany is a rockstar!! The hotel is under renovation so very rudimentary. The price is quite low in comparison to other hotels so don’t expect what you’d get at an average hotel (Marriott, Best Western, Hyatt, etc.) including air conditioning (in some rooms). The beds were very comfortable with clean sheets. I love what they’re trying to do here. Best of luck with the continuing improvements!"

"Toni was very responsive and pleasant to work with. Our only real issue would be the carpet on the stairs and the 2nd level--it is in need of a shampoo or being replaced. Better lighting in the bedrooms upstairs would have been helpful (that is something maybe only we would appreciate as we have an individual in our party that has low vision)Overall our stay was enjoyable and believe we will stay again in the future."

"This is the most wonderful mountain cabin! We were warmly greeted by Joe, who is the caretaker, and he made sure that we were very comfortable, and that we knew of all the amenities. Owner, Ralph, was excellent at communication, and, frankly, I feel he's become a friend.This might be a cabin in the mountains, but it is really almost luxurious. I highly recommend this property!"
Waterfront Cabin Walkable to Everything!

"The place was very clean. I was impressed. Excellent spot right on the creek. And if you got hungry, you can walk next-door. Jason, the owner, was very responsive to my texts. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay in the Waterville area. Also, the beds were fantastic.!!! and the couches were nice too. They provided free firewood, which was awesome because we had campfires every night that we were there."

"Stayed here in 2020 and loved seeing the bears...didn't see any this time but kids had a great time catching fish in the pond...cabin is huge and deck is very nice for relaxing and playing games."
