"The room was nice but small. The staff were good but one of our requests never came. The location was terrific but since it’s on a pedestrian street only (except for vehicles having the code to get in) your Uber cannot pick you up in front of the hotel. You need to walk down a street to get it. Not bad except if you have luggage. Overall, it’s a nice hotel."

"The window in our 5th floor room opened completely like a door however there was no bars, or balcony with a wall so anyone could have fell to their death. The door was easily opened so this made us feel unsafe and would not have been okay if we had kids."

"Very spacious hotel with stunning views of the city from the upper floors. Our AC was not working in the room, but it was promptly resolved whilst we were out, after we mentioned it to reception. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. The Auge bar on the 19th floor is worth a visit!"
