"Excellent in all regards."

"It’s a great place and my second time staying here. The rooms are small yet efficient, the breakfast is delicious and the hotel has one of the best hotel gyms in the world. (Thank you for that!) The 4 star rating is reflective of the lack of room amenities (what’s wrong with leaving cotton buds etc in the bathroom?) and very poor VIP experience. Lobby coffee, breakfast takeaway foods etc are great and it really is hard to fault the hotel. "

"Staff was very nice at front desk. Rooms were a little warm despite the air conditioning, especially during sleeping hours. Amenities were thoughtful and convenient. Bar was conveniently opened late on evening but service was a little slow (was not always someone at bar) and drinks were a bit small compared to the price you pay. Staff was overall very gracious and hotel was clean and located in a very convenient area. "

"The front desk was really helpful and offered to store our luggage while we toured the city prior to check-in. The room exceeded our expectations. Rarely is a room nicer than the pictures online. The view of the water was amazing. We were steps from the central train station making our trip to the airport seamless. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I highly recommend it. "

"It's very location, just outside of the airport express train service and it is acceptable to anywhere. Breakfast every day is good. Well spread and vegetables are very fresh."

"Great location as you are near the ferries and public transportation. Historical building with lost of character and charm. Breakfast is served in the restaurant hall which is beautiful. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Only drawback is if you are unfortunate enough to get a room facing the street as every night the music and noise from the downstairs club will keep you up well past midnight. "

"Delightful hostel with friendly staff- clean rooms, nice common area- walking distance to central station, near bus route and shopping areas. Reception opens at 9 am in case you arrive as we did on an early train - so just had to chill a bit. Lots of friendly guests - would stay there again "

"This property was centrally located with the main train station, shopping and old town all within walking distance. The room was lovely and the music in the hotel was really great old jazz or cool vintage film music. (Not too loud though) Breakfast also was fantastic."
