"From being greeted by valet and bell staff, to the efficiency and friendliness of the front desk- the smiles of the housekeeping crew- all first class. Transportation provided to all the fantastic restaurants- hotel rooms were spotless and very well furnished and decorated. Knoxville has become our new Charleston. All around great experience. "Everything was great. Only two things hampered our stay. They were the elevator was very slow and little pressure in the shower. Other than those 2 small things everything was excellent, especially the clerks at the front desk at check in and check out were outstanding in every manner. They should be commended. "
