Experience the ultimate getaway at 7 Union Road, Normanville. A beautifully appointed holiday house nestled along the coastline of the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula.
Conveniently located halfway between one of SAs premier golf precincts – Links Lady Bay and the township of Normanville and only a short drive to the beach. Lady Bay Resort has access to a range of facilities including dining options, a golf course, and day spa. Additionally, the amenities of Normanville are within easy reach, with its charming cafes, shops, and dining establishments. The new surf club development presents an excellent opportunity to enjoy the beach all year round, providing endless hours of fun and relaxation.
This incredible two-storey holiday home with relaxing and inviting décor will allow you to unwind with all the creature comforts you could need. It will comfortably sleep between 8-10 guests, comprising of 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining, separate children’s living, and an alfresco entertaining area.
In the heart of the home, you will find gorgeous open-plan living with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening out to the entertaining area making a seamless transition to alfresco dining.
Become a master chef in this expansive kitchen which features an island bench, ample storage, a walk-in butler’s pantry, built-in appliances including a 900mm gas cooktop, an undermount electric oven, a dishwasher, and double-door fridge/freezer.
A comfortable lounge/dining area is adjacent to the kitchen complete with a flat-screen smart TV, combustion heater, and dining table.
The chiefs of the household will be elated to retire to their own master bedroom boasting a large ensuite and ample storage. The other 3 bedrooms are located downstairs along with the main bathroom and 2nd living area.
Please note the garage is not available for guest use however, there is ample parking space in the driveway.

Heating/cooling: Reverse cycle ducted throughout the entire home. Ceiling fan located throughout the home. Combustion heater located in main living room (wood is not supplied).
Pets: Pets not allowed
Fenced: Fully fenced.
