She even had English language literature for nearby sights and local food and beverages for us to try. It was the perfect location for visiting the WW2 beaches, the Bayeux Tapestry and Mont St Michel. The market on Sunday and the daily fish market were amazing. "We arrived at the apartment later than planned due a delay in the departure of our channel tunnel crossing. We had difficulty communicating with the local agent as they don't speak English. We eventually gained access to the apartment at 8 pm. The apartment is excellent with one exception: Despite being able to accommodate 6 people it has only one rather small dingy toilet with a badly stained. toilet bowl.
