"David concierge was extremely helpful and considerate. Mary & Luna at bar soo nice, very professional and polite. No kettle in room so had to go out of hotel to get coffees in morning before restaurant opened. We brought our own coffee/tea but no facility to boil water! However there was an iron!!!!"
