"Disappointing. This place is in serious disrepair. Dirty inside and out. Hair in the bathtub, towels on the floor, mildew on the baseboards, moldy and broken fridge shelves, broken closet doors, sour smelling furniture, broken washer, pet stains on the carpeting, a trickle of water pressure in the shower.
