There also a 15 foot practice putting green in the laundry room area for your enjoyment. Also included is a large fenced in yard with a 1 car garage. Overall the stay was good. The house was very clean. The two upstairs bedrooms gets warm in the daytime and cools down at night with the help of the ceiling fan. The house owner was very nice and helpful. He will answer his phone if you call him.
