Welcome to your Chesapeake Bay escape—this beachfront duplex offers 6-bedrooms, 4-bath retreat with over 4,100 sq. ft. of beautifully designed space, two fully equipped kitchens, 8 plush beds, and breathtaking bay views. This stylish getaway offers a semi-private beach, open concept living, a breezy outdoor patio with grill, thoughtful touches of home and lots of beach gear. It’s dog-friendly with approval and pet fee. This is where comfort, class, and coastal charm come together for unforgettable memories.

The Space:
You’ll have two identical condo-style units,—each with 2,071 sq. ft. of an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, living and dining rooms, laundry room, and private entry—spread across the 2nd and 3rd floors of a 3 level building. The first level contains the foyer, beach gear storage area, and gym. There is a separate unit (between you and the beach) where the owners live onsite and respect your privacy.

The Neighborhood – Willoughby Spit:
Tucked between the Chesapeake Bay and Willoughby Bay, this peaceful residential gem offers a true local vibe. You’ll mostly see neighbors and dog-walkers—plus, limited public parking means the beach is rarely crowded.

Walk to Ocean View Fishing Pier in 10 minutes, or drive 15–25 minutes to Downtown Norfolk, Virginia Beach Boardwalk, or Naval Station Norfolk.

Whether you're here for sunrise walks, fishing, family fun, or just peace and quiet by the bay—you’ve found your spot.

It’s also centrally located between historic Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, VA Beach, Norfolk Naval Station and more.

One to four dogs are welcome with pre-approval and $100-$200 pet fee.

Each unit is an open floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining room, mini office space and living room with beach views.

The 3rd floor offers 180 degrees of beach views. The second floor offers partial views of the beach. The owner-occupied unit does block less than 25% of the beach view.

The kitchens have a large island flanked by two bar stools and it comes fully stocked. It also comes with complimentary coffee, hot cocoa, cream and sugar.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with comfy memory foam mattress and 50 inch Smart TV. The large master bathroom has a rain fall shower, large bath tub and an extra vanity.

The second bedroom is roomy with a queen size bed, memory foam mattress and 50 inch Smart TV. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 full size memory foam mattresses and a large bean bag to lounge in. The newly renovated hallway bath has a double vanity with stand up shower.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home and beach amenities, we have external security cameras located at the front door, foyer, and beach pathway.
