A really great outing for the senses: comfortable, beautiful presented old school house with an antique shop in the playground, good parking, superb village location, convenient for the whole of west Norfolk and close enough to major routes for the rest of the county / region. Bridget and Andrew are excellent hosts, the breakfast was wonderful, wi-fi strong, and decoration throughout is marvellous. Very good value stay - top quality shower!! Thoughtful decor, great breakfast, and a quiet location in the northern part of the town, directly across from the beach (and Venetian Waterways) and with views to the sea. Easy access to buses up and down the coast or a 20 or so minute walk to the train. Likely the nicest place in town. "
