"The room was nice enough but the layout was very unusual given how modern it appears. Why is the shower/sink room so large with no toilet? And why is the toilet so far from the bed? It’s very dark too. My biggest complaint is the lack of free coffee though. Ideally I would like to have coffee in my room but this place actually wants you to pay for breakfast to have coffee. Thankfully there is a place serving coffee across the street but it is a bit inconvenient. The area is fine and the public parking nearby is convenient"

"An architecturally unique hotel ... a very stylish and comfortable room with a great view ... breakfast buffet was wide and varied and well presented ... room was equipped with a minibar, kettle, 2 teabags, 2 sachets of brown sugar, 2 sachets of white sugar, 2 of saccharine but amazingly and disappointingly no coffee and no milk !!! ... really Eurostars ... some of us hotel users drink coffee and we dont all drink out tea black ..."

"A very nice stay mainly. We had a fire alarm about 10 o’clock one night. No one knew what to do. It was a bit of a shambles to be honest. We weren’t given any info by the staff on what was going on. Breakfast could’ve had more to choose from but was ok. The staff on reception were very nice and helpful."
