"We loved Nyksund. Fascinating place, other-worldly! Lovely walks. Holmvik is full of character! Room was clean, bright, comfortable. Basis breakfast. If you are looking for luxury keep looking. We really valued the quirkeyness of the place and its wonderful surroundings. "

"Truly wonderful guesthouse with exceptionally accommodating staff and ownership. Would recommend to any one of my family and friends. Especially grateful for waiting for our late arrival. "

"What a great find, Ifound thisnand read a few reviews which were not great but it turns out these were for the old mangement. The room was clean and well appointed and the shower was great, super tasty fresh salmon evening meal and a very dood breakfast spread. Will definately be back."

"This is basically a really nice hostel-like place. Very small room, shared baths - nicely outfitted - and a very comfortable shared area with cooking facility."

"This is a gem! The host, Sigrid, is wonderful and the guesthouse is a beautifully appointed and comfortable rambling framhouse built in the early 1900s and lovingly restored. Be sure to take up the offer of dinner. Our halibut and lamb dinners were excellent."
