No a/c, tiny ants in room, folks upstairs have heavy feet especially between 7AM-11:00AM, broken towel bar in bathroom, the shampoo/body wash seemed to be the same as the hand soap, and thw room was extremely musty smelling with a low floor fan that only circulated the lovely scent in a closed off room. "Great location and beautiful views over the ocean. You can walk right outside and go swimming in the ocean, rent a kayak/paddleboard, or just walk along the coastline. Breakfast is absolutely delicious and full of fresh, locally sourced fruits, veggies, eggs, and meats. Also fresh squeezed juice! The restaurant is very good. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend this hotel! "
