Ruhig, sauber und nah am Strand
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung extrem genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und informativ. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und neu renoviert. Es sind nur einige wenige Gehminuten zum Strand. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und hat die optimale Ausgangslage für Rad Touren oder Spaziergänge. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Gute Lage, Platz recht knapp
Schöne Ferienwohnung mit gerade ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. (Für 6 Personen, wie ausgewiesen, jedoch vom Platz nicht ausreichend.) Das Ehebett im Schlafzimmer ist leider sehr ungünstig ungünstig direkt unter der tiefen Dachschräge platziert, so dass man ca. 40cm des Bettes kaum nutzen kann, wenn man über 1,75m groß ist. Da sollte das Platzkonzept nochmal überdacht werden. Die Lage ist natürlich kaum besser zu treffen. 2 Gehminuten bis an den Strand mit Toiletten und Spielplatz. Ein kleiner Supermarkt, Bäcker, Fahrradverleih und ein gutes Lokal in direkter Umgebung. Da kann man nicht meckern. Sauberkeit im Objekt auch größtenteils in Ordnung, leider war das Waschmittelfach der Waschmaschine angegammelt und die Wäsche roch nach dem Waschen auch muffig. Ärgerlich, wenn man extra mit weniger Kleidung anreist. 2x Smart-TV + freies Wlan sind vorhanden, das war super. Der schöne Gas-Kamin ist gerade bei Schietwetter natürlich auch sehr angenehm. Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft, die leider am Schlafkomfort für Eltern zu wünschen übrig lässt. Die Waschmaschine sollte evtl. mal gespült oder ersetzt werden. Und wenn der Untermieter nicht durchgängig kiffen würde, könnte man auch mal durchlüften ;)

Schöner Aufenthalt, Strandnah, idealer Ausgangspunkt mit dem Rad Es wäre günstig, dass der Kellerraum, in welchen wir unsere Räder stellen durften abzuschließen gehen würde. Wohnung für 4 Personen okay…

Moderne und gemütliche Dachgeschoßwohnung
Die Wohnung hat gemütliche Schrägen und ist sehr großzügig. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden für einen stressfreien Urlaub. Der Blick vom kleinen Balkon auf die Dünen ist herrlich, die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, zum Strand sind es wenige Meter.Bis zum Kurpark läuft man etwas eine halbe Stunde, aber um die Ecke fährt auch ein Bus. Bis zum belebteren Nordstrand mit Surfcafe /Veranstaltungen am Abend läuft man 20 Minuten. Als Paar hatten wir viel Platz, für eine Familie mit Kindern reicht es auch mit Sicherheit. Unds hat es gut gefallen und wir kommen gern wieder!

Super Unterkunft
Wunderbare Ferienwohnung mit allen was man benötigt 😍 wir haben diese schon zum 2. mal gebucht und werden 2024 wieder kommen. Mit Rädern ist man auch super schnell in der Stadt 👍 Kontakt mit der Vermieterin total unkompliziert.

Gemütliche Wohnung direkt am Strand
Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gefallen. Sie war gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. auch Babybett und Stuhl für unsere Kleine waren vorhanden. Die Betten waren ziemlich hart, aber vollkommen ausreichend. In Küchenzeile, Badezimmer und Wohnzimmer hat nichts gefehlt. Lediglich eine richtige Tür für das Badezimmer hätten wir uns gewünscht. Die Lage direkt an den Dünen ist top, direkt um die Ecke sind Fahrradverleih, Bushaltestelle, Bäcker und Edeka. Lediglich in die Stadt ist es ein relativ weiter weg, und der Bus fährt nicht allzu oft. Wir würden aber definitiv wieder in die Wohnung. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen :)

Der Aufenthalt auf Norderney war sehr schön, die Lage der FeWo war top. Ebenso die Ausstattung. Allerdings ist das Platzangebot im 2. Schlafzimmer und im Bad zu gering für 4-6 Personen. Für den Preis hätte ich das nicht erwartet.
