"The communication with property manager is non-existent. My partner got very sick with COVID the night before our stay but we could not get in touch with property manager. We arrived to a very precarious, old farm road that was flooded. There were no instructions about the route. Inside, the house was about 8C / 40s F. The radiator heaters did not work!! There was a very musty odor. Also a constant beeping coming from somewhere. There were no towels or linens provided, despite not advertising...

"We had a great week (family including three school children plus large dog). Beach is very beautiful and very near. The beachhouse and its big garden was comfortable and spacious. The children enjoyed the trampoline in the garden and the short run to the beach."

"Das Haus ist nicht geeignet, als Ferienhaus vermietet zu werden. Die Räume im Keller (Schlafzimmer u Bad) sind feucht und kalt. Die Luftheizung schafft rs nicht, die Räume zu erwärmen. Die Matratzen und Decken bleiben feucht"

"Gemütliches Häuschen in Strandnähe, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super ausgestattete Küche! Leider keine Information zum Eifi-Passwort und Müll. Kommunikation mit Novasol sehr enttäuschend. Statt Information über Abholmöglichkeiten der Bettwäsche (jederzeit, also nicht nur zu Offnungszeiten des Bureaus in Otterup, nur Drohungen bei Nichteinhaltung von Regeln - widerwärtig!"

"Dejligt sted med skøn udsigt. Der kunne godt have været fejet på terrassen inden vi kom. Hvis stedet fik gardiner og havestole ville det være perfekt. Vi kunne godt finde på at komme igen. "
