Dear holiday guests,
I would very much like to welcome you to my house, which was built in 1965 in the north of Neustadt.
The property is a 3-minute drive from Norddeich and its beach and 5 minutes from downtown North. Both are very easy to reach by bike.

Shops can be easily reached on foot in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment is located on the top floor of the house. You are welcome to use the terrace belonging to the house.

The very bright apartment consists of a living room with adjacent compact kitchen and a shower with toilet.

A coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave are also available, as is a small mini oven, dishes, glasses, etc.
Bath and hand towels, bed linen and a hair dryer are provided.

In the garden there is a terrace with seating, 2 loungers and a grill.

The house is in a quiet location. Your vehicle can be parked on the street in front of the house.

Genau richtig!

Den Unterkunft war genau das was es verspricht, ein süße gemütliche Wohnung wo alles ist was man so braucht für ne Woche oder 2 Aufenthalt. Sehr ruhig und zentral. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, nah am Innenstadt und Strand. Die Gastgeberin war auch total freundlich. 5 von 5 sterne, wirklich weiter zu empfehlen.

Kurze Auszeit am Meer

Die Ferienwohnung ist super gemütlich, sie ist ruhig gelegen und dennoch erreicht man alles was das Herz begehrt in kürzester Zeit. Die Gastgeberin Frau Bruns ist ein herzensguter Mensch und sie tut wirklich alles dafür das sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen! Ein sehr sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Hier würde ich noch mal Urlaub machen! Klare Empfehlung, vielen Dank!

Süßes, funktionales Appartment

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Wir hatten immer erntefrische Tomaten aus dem Garten. Auch ohne Auto ganz gut angebunden. Fahrradverleih 10 min entfernt, Busstation 4-5min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist funktional ausgestattet, man fühlt such wohl.

Eine nette saubere und ruhige Unterkunft, zwischen Norden und Norddeich gelegen. In der Ferienwohnung ist alles da, was man benötigt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Toller Aufenthalt in Norden

Wir haben schöne Urlaubstage in NORDEN erlebt. Die kleine aber sehr schöne Wohnung bei Frau Bruns hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Abends sehr ruhig. Alles tip top sauber und sehr gepflegt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Sehr positive Unterkunft und Vermieterin

Nach einem sehr freundlichen Empfang haben wir eine tolle Woche in der sehr sauberen kleinen Wohnung erlebt. Frau Bruns ist eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin und man hat alles was man brauch. Als Ausgangspunkt unserer Ausflüge mit Rad und Schiff ist die Unterkunft ideal gelegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, Frau Bruns! 👍♥️

Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Zimmerwas Frau Bruns uns zur Verfügung gestellt hat, war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Man braucht keine Luxuswohnung. Frau Bruns, war uns eine sehr gute, liebevolle, zu Herzengehende Gastgeberin. Wir danken vielmals Lieben Gruß Familie Holtkotte
