Beds were comfortable and we all had our own bedrooms and the 21/2 baths were fine to share. We used one of the kayaks and loved being near Speedboat Beach. "This is a great property in Truckee. The house was clean and the listing was accurate. Check in and check out were very easy. The house was a good size for our family of 6 and a good central location for the activities we had planned (river rafting, Tahoe hikes, etc.) The back deck with the hot tub surrounded by the pine trees was fantastic and got a lot of use. "Host was great; we got in early in order to make an afternoon rehearsal… Place was roomy, 2 nice decks, beautiful neighborhood, well-appointed. Needs a bit more cleaning, but understand the owners are working on it. All in all - great stay! Recommend highly!"

"We loved our stay in this small, quaint and charming cottage, directly on the edge of Lake Tahoe. Windows from the living room and breakfast room/kitchen frame a lovely view of the lake. The deck is also a wonderful place to hang out, complete with lounge chairs and a outdoor table. The location is incredibly convenient to local restaurants, stores and other conveniences in the Tahoe Vista/Kings Beach area. The management staff were quite helpful and very customer service oriented."
