"This tourist park is full of social housing and homeless people sleeping in tents everywhere inside the park and outside the park. The staff and management are rude and unhelpful, they sit in the kids go carts out side the parks checkin counter, so much for smoke free parks, this lady was seen everytime we drive in or out of the park sitting and smoking. "Room was clean and there was a lift to the upper floors"

"The room was spacious, clean and had a great outlook over the river. It had everything you'd need in the kitchen. First impressions though are you are staying at a building site. Fencing, building materials and site signs are what you see first, the car park is unfinished, the reception is not operational. It well located and will be a top class motel when finished."

"Great property for short stay . Across the road from the beach and walking distance from centre. Lovely place and lovely staff"

"Free secure parking & prime location! Property is quite dated & although it had definitely been cleaned, there were some questionable marks & stains. All in all, for the price & location, a pleasant stay"

"Unfortunately, the sensor light out the front of our bungalow stayed on all night, keeping our room very bright. Reported the issue and were told it would be fixed by maintenance. Night 2 had the same issue. 2 sleepless nights out of 2 had us very tired! Otherwise, room and views were awesome!"

"More lighting would be good particually over bathroim mirror. Shower door needs to completely close to stop water falling onto floor."

"The Car Park needs direction signs to the lift and the exit of the car park. Pool area is fabulous but the drinks list is far more expensive than the normal bars for some reason. Bedding was lovely but shower pressure was a little low. Staff were very friendly and helpful."
