"I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were super helpful and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well maintained with all the necessary amenities. I really liked the room decor, and the coffee machine was a nice touch that I especially enjoyed. The only small issue was the shower head—the settings were a little strange and took some getting used to. Overall, though, I had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to return."

"First room, a pod, was not soundproof at all and was very dusty. We went to manager who responded appropriately and gave us a discount on a regular room and included breakfast. Good customer service, food was great and atmosphere was fun!"

"Everything was fine - great beds, great bathroom, great breakfast. However, a mouse decided to join us for breakfast - we saw it scuttling along the floor! It was dealt with quickly as far as I can tell. The lounge access was great - good drinks and good snacks. I would stay again."

"We were on a Viking River cruise and my wife became ill. We decided to forgo the rest of the cruise due to drought on the Rhine which meant long bus rides. That made deciding to rest up and hopefully finish our European adventure on a high note. The staff at hotel gave us a fresh start"
