"This property is nothing like the photos. Check in was great and friendly but other than that it was a disappointment. Broken window opener, mold and dust around and on ceiling may have been a fire at one time cause looks like burn marks around the smoke alarm. Cracked bathroom sink. Room was non smoking but smelled like it’s been smoked in since 1980 and also the last time it was renovated. I put my own blanket on the bed and slept on that cause everything in the room just felt dirty. Didn’t even shower in the morning as I just wanted to get out of there. That neighbors were having a party and it was like they were in my room. I would recommend NOT staying here at all cost. I tried to look at other hotels near by but nothing available or all had terrible reviews."

"The room was clean, comfortable, and fresh. The staff was friendly and efficient. I didn't take advantage of any meals, and the parking attendant was quite personable and prompt. It was a very pleasant experience."

"Very long walk. Elevator didn’t work and we had to go up and down stairs to get to our room. Overlooks the parking lot. Extra fees added on at checkout."

"The staff was excellent and pleasant. The parking, check in and location were all excellent. The outdoor furniture that was part of my room was really dusty and dirty and I wish I was able to sit and use that part of my room while I was there. The couch in my room was very stained. I do think the staff could wipe down the outdoor furniture that is connected to the rooms. The fruit at the continental breakfast was moldy. I always enjoy the shore house locations so I know the cleanliness mentioned above is location specific and does not represent the brand."

"The room was clean, except for a couple of dirty spots behind the bathroom door that I noticed the night before checking out. The bed was VERY FIRM, if that's your thing, you'll be happy, but my back is a bit sore today. The hotel itself, looked great from the pictures, but it's clearly in need of some TLC. It felt a bit neglected in some areas, which made us a bit sad because this hotel has the potential to be very nice. There were loose pebbles all over the indoor/outdoor pool deck, the whirlpool doesn't bubble aggressively, which is fine I guess, but it needs a bit more power than it currently is, especially if they're going to feature hard mattresses. I prepaid $37 for the breakfast. Don't bother, unless you have a room full of people that will benefit from it. The breakfast is otherwise a la carte with microwaveable breakfast sandwiches priced around $3.50. They have waffles, bagels, English Muffins which can all go in the toaster as well. Cereal, Bottled Juices and coffee are all pretty cheap too. So, needless to say, I lost a few bucks by prepaying here. There's a great diner literally 3 minutes up the street, that would be my recommendation. They don't do daily house keeping either, but will try to accommodate special requests. For us, it was a short 2 night stay so it's not that big a deal, but any longer, and it might be a problem. The staff were all friendly but somewhat hard to find at times, We began to wonder if this is a corporate call?"

"Convenient to airport. Clean and simple. Okay for a one night passing through. No emenities to speak of."

"Really comfortable hotel in a centrelized location. Lots of restaurants and bars inside the hotel and very dog friendly. The boutique bar outside the hotel is so much fun!"
