"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Steve was very communicative and answered questions right away. As previously reviewed, it is the top apartment in a building that has two other units. It's a lot of stairs, but they were wide, had railings, and had skid-proof flooring. We stayed on a chilly weekend in April, and the heat worked well. "This apartment is very spacious and beautiful. The location couldn't be better. The apartment is truly historic, we got souvenirs from the Athenaenum that have this row of apartments pictured on it (along with other historic area buildings). We were stressed about the parking situation when we first arrived since the regulations/hours were unclear, but the parking ended up being very convenient and not an issue. The downstairs bedroom is a bit dank and dark, but there is a dehumidifier down...

"Off street private gated parking downtown that is walking distance to everything we were doing. The home is a cool two story home in a large building with a private entrance and parking. The kitchen is well equipped and the family room is comfortable and well decorated."

"This was newer remodeled in an older neighborhood. This is a very basic VBRO, not a luxury for the amenities provided. I am not familiar with the area but it was convenient with some nice restaurants in the vicinity. They did a good job, its nice, but not complete when we stayed. Property manager was prompt in assisting."

"Clean, large bedrooms, and comfortable pull-out couch (that my adult son slept on). Only issue was pool and hot tub were advertised but not operational. Previous reviews on different dates in different years say the pool was closed as well. Seems like the pool and hot tub are broken often."

Room had everything and was well equipped/stocked. Was glad to find this gem for a graduation weekend that was centrally located for our various activities. "
