"Nice well maintained property right by the North Sea. In April it is still very cold so be prepared. Excellent friendly staff. Do not miss breakfast! It was a bit pricey but oh so good! The fresh bread and cappuccino were the stars of the show but everything else was amazing too. It’s a bit pricey but we were there for the tulip festival and most places are booked well in advance. "Very convenient right by the beach. Ideal area for cyclists. Only 10 min walk to centre of Noordwijk. Great breakfast. Lots of choice. There are only 2 coffee machines , one is with oat milk, so there was a queue a few times. Good size room but shower has window into bedroom giving no privacy. Ok when you are a couple but some might be just friends or work colleagues. And if you have a sea view you also need to close the bedroom curtains otherwise you are visible to all. "This is a great place to stay! There is a very good restaurant on the grounds, a heated indoor pool, playgrounds and you get your own “tiny home” with a small patio. We could park right in front of our home. It’s a 10 min drive to the Noordwjik Beach, 45 min to Rotterdam Zoo, 30 min to Leiden, 35 min to The Hague. This is the place to stay if you want something different from a hotel room but more than an AirBnB. The staff all spoke English. We loved the bread man coming every morning and so did...

"Nice friendly staff. If you're in a ground floor premium room then you're lucky. Since there's no elevator, access to the 1st and 2nd floor rooms is beyond challenging to those of a certain age or with a physical condition. Steep staircase with risers that are too narrow to be safe. Onsite parking is reasonable but the road has 'blind bend'! Management should ask the Council to install a Mirror to help see oncoming speedsters! "
