"Pool was great, only down fall is that security didn't allow the kids to have floats that we brought. I didn't think the staff was overly friendly and for the price paid i feel like there should have been more complimentary activities for the kids. Other resorts offer much more for kids."

"2 bedrooms for 5 adults with a beach view. Beautiful view of the sunset. The staff was friendly and helpful. Made our reservations to restaurants and tours. The rooms were clean and compact but had all that was needed for comfort-kitchen, dining area, balcony with chairs. Great Views. A roller bed was bought in for the 5th person and added to the room with the twin beds. It made the room tight to move around. I suggest that the room should only be for 4 adults. The showers were somewhat cumbersome in keeping the floors dry. No shower door so water seeped out on the floor. Had to keep asking for extra towels. Loved wearing the white robes that were provided. No elevators. Passion restaurant (on the beach) offered breakfast, lunch & dinner. Great variety of food and drinks to choose but pricey. The Horizon restaurant opens later but serves for happy hour and dinner. Great views of the beach and sunset. At the resort, only credit cards and debit cards, NO CASH. I still give this resort 4 stars because of the price, location and the rooms."

"Breakfast was mid, but the staff were wonderful. Everyone was so kind and caring, I never had an issue that they couldn’t solve. Everyone is so friendly and I loved talking to them. Some of the in room amenities could be better (i.e. my mini fridge wasn’t working and my shower kept leaking water), but it honestly wasn’t much of an issue. The location was pretty good too, although I do think the exact walking times to the beaches were overstated, it is a bit longer than what’s on Expedia, but it wasn’t too bad. The hotel is located right in the middle of the two beaches and is not a far walk from palm beach where all the night life and shopping. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. "

"I cannot rave enough about the Westerly. The staff went above and beyond for every ask. On our last day I wanted to take unobstructed panoramic pictures of the ocean and the staff took me up to the Palm Beach Club which we didn’t have access to just to take the pictures. They had amazing kids’ activities…I just wish we were told about it sooner…we found out about them on our 2nd to last day. The guy at the car rental lacked personality and was argumentative when we returned the car late because HE was late reporting to his JOB. We had a tour to get to by 9am, we were told the rental desk opens at 8:30, we waited till 8:45 and he still was not there. We had to take a taxi to our tour because he wasn’t there to renew our rental and we had a half hour drive ahead of us. He got irritated with us and insisted he was going to charge us for an extra day because we returned the car 3 hours late. Um hello, sir…you were late to work! We were unable to return the car earlier than on time to you. But anyways, that was the only negative experience. Everything else was amazing. I’m already looking at dates and prices to book our next trip here!"
