"Just got back to Los Angeles from 9 nights at this beautiful hotel. I can't say enough about it and its staff. Everybody is extremely helpful and friendly. Absolutely wonderful. From the pickup at the airport, to check-in, to my wonderful room and the beautiful pool and ocean access. Nhi & Uyên....always checking on my comfort and stay. Very attentive and professional. Thank you. Housekeeping staying on top of my room needs was great. Really enjoyed their surprise snacks, sweets, and fruit plates. Mr. Hung, the director of food and beverage, and his entire staff of people working the bars and restaurants, were extremely kind and genuinely concerned about my overall satisfaction. Special thank you to everybody who was so kind...... My, working at Elyxr Bar. Great margaritas and always a beautiful smile on her face! The staff at the Gaia pool bar.....Viet, Chi, Khang, Nam, Bao...... everyone. And of course, Hong. Everybody kind, professional, and happy to help. The staff working Cape Nao & Sasa restaurants......great food and service. And Mr. Francisco, general manager.....muchas gracias! This was my second stay at this hotel.
