Personalet er svært serviceinnstilt.
Hotellets egen restaurant er hyggelig og rimelig og serverer god mat.
Det eneste negative er mangelen på praktiske hyller og knagger på badet."
"For the price paid the accommodation was very good, clean and larger than a Parisian hotel room. Towels were enough including the beach towel. The view is superb from the table in front of the door. The only miss was the coffe for the provided machine but the girl at the reception was helpful and the problem was solved."
"Beautiful location. Very cheap accommodations. Not as advertised. Rooms were terrible. Bathrooms were clogged and no one could fix them. Food was bad. It’s like management has given up on the place. I would visit for a day but not spend the night. We paid $360 EUROS for this place and I feel so ripped Off!! "
"Das vielseitige, fantasievolle, abwechslungsreiche und superleckere Frühstück, das auf dem Zimmer serviert wurde (vllt weil wir in der Vorsaison da waren). Der große, gut möblierte Balkon. Der sehr zuvorkommende Zimmerservice. Das Spa. Der Pool war noch nicht befüllt Ende März, dafür gab es mehr kostenfreie Spa-Zeit.
Die Betten sind sehr gut, das Zimmer, obwohl kleinste Kategorie, sehr groß und mit vollständiger Küche. Alle Menschen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. "

The hotel is well-located, just a short walk from the charming old town, making it easy to enjoy the area's rich history and vibrant atmosphere. "We enjoyed this hotel immensely and highly recommend it! This hotel has a wonderful breakfast with a wide selection of food options to suit everyone's tastes and with a beautiful view of the beachfront. Free parking was across the hotel entrance with a huge area to park. We did daily day trips to explore Crete, and there were always parking spots available when we returned at the end of the day. We chose this hotel due to the beautiful views from the balconies, the cleanliness, and the parking. We easily would walk for a leisurely walk into Old Town in 15 minutes. Even taking a taxi was very cheap which we did on way back one evening. The rooms were modern, clean and towels changed every day. The front desk staff were so polite and catered to all of our needs. The owner Mr, Stelios also greeted us and took us to our rooms and explained how the air conditioner worked, where all the amenities were. We enjoyed seeing him everyday! Their pool is amazing, and the pool deck with a beautiful beachfront view had an amazing bar for drinks and food. The bar person is very nice and works hard getting drinks and food ready for your order. Loved the pool area with the sun loungers and perfect views! This hotel will not disappoint at all. We had our two sons and their girlfriends with us, so we had 3 rooms in total and everybody enjoyed Archipelogos hotel. We surely would stay here when we go back to Rethymnon. We had an awesome stay! "tortuous drive to hotel but worth it for the views. cool shady parking in the pine trees and a steep walk to reception. quick cheerful efficient check in with everything explained in detail and excellent English. modern lift to upper floor with sea view room giving panoramic views. adequate balcony with table & two chairs plus modern compact washing line.,big fridge, clean tidy bathroom & efficient A/C. well priced drinks and snacks at the pool with plenty of loungers. dinner buffet was exceptional but breakfast a tad disappointing. thoroughly recommended "
