"Breakfast was amazing! The room was so cozy and the location was great. It was right on the corner so finding it was easy. Keep in mind there isn’t parking directly on site. It’s about 4 euro a night and the garage is about a 5 minute walk. I loved this hotel so much! We also took advantage of the hotels spa and it was wonderful!"

"Firstly the staff are lovely and very helpful. The room was very dated and tatty, it needed refurbishing. We stayed two nights, the air con initially wasn’t working and once the lovely gentleman got it working it was almost non existent. The air con unit was full of dust, I doubt it had been serviced for years and barely worked the first night and on the second night it didn’t work at all, I got no sleep as I was so hot. On the positive side the location is amazing, the breakfast was lovely and the lady who worked in the restaurant was amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. "

"After booking Hotel Europa last minute, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The staff were exceptional at check in, breakfast & check out. The room comfortable and much bigger than expected. The bathroom was huge compared to other hotels and Air BnB places we have stayed in. The room was clean & comfortable. Our only issue was the air conditioner wasn't working to our expectations. My husband says if we need to stay in Biella again we have our place."
