"Small apartment in a 4 apartment house just steps to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the action of the village and market! There was a salt water plunge pool with some lounge chairs and tables. Also there was a bin that had a few beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. Quiet area just minutes to the action! I would definitely stay again!"

"The property was very clean and big enough for the 2 of us. Contacting anyone for any questions or issues was simple and efficient. Close to the beech and easy walking distance to the stores and restaurants. Couple complaints is that the room has extremely thin walls and can hear everything especially if you have a neighbor next to you. If youre looking for a few downtime hours of quietness this is not the place for you. You hear everyones conversations as they walk by on the street etc.... TV...

"This was exactly as described in the listing. Perfect location to get away from busy downtown and have your own peace and quiet. Balcony and patio were perfect and views of sunrise and moon on water were beautiful. Only downfall is right nextdoor to restaurant with evening service only. People on their patio until 1030pm and could hear their conversations. Plus smell of food. But this wouldn't stop us from staying there again. Our code did not work upon late arrival, but host gave us 3...

"Great place to stay in while in Sarasota. This is like a hidden gem. Very nice and quiet. Very clean. Smells like new. Great AC. Everything you need is included. Even had beach chairs/beach umbrella/cooler. This is a great place to stay if you going to Siesta Key. Quick short drive."

The 2 beach chairs and umbrella provided came in handy. Great shower head. Recommend updating the mattress in bedroom. It sinks in the middle, however, still comfortable and slept well. A/C was strong, never had to adjust thermostat. Nice kitchen and bathroom. My daughters said the pullout couch was not comfortable,...

"Conveniently located close to beach and village. However the area did get busy with public beach access nearby. Cute pool with outdoor shower but was also used by local kids. Unfortunately pest control treatment was scheduled during our stay and the guests upstairs had a domestic incident. But don’t let any of this deter you from booking. That was just our experience. The unit was perfect for a long weekend stay. Cleaning and maintenance people were very helpful and pleasant"

"The units are very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The pool is underwhelming as is the hot tub. Access to the beach was as advertised but losing the lounge chairs and umbrellas by 5:00 p.m.,hours before sunset is not ideal, especially for those with mobility issues who want to remain for the sunset, a highlight of the day. My children looked forward to paddle boarding and kayaking (as advertised) and inquired several times during our multiple day stay but were told none were available....
