maison très agréable, bien équipée, pratique; décoration de bon goût. Idéalement placée; quartier calme. Un parasol suplémentaire serait le bienvenu, car jardin très ensoleillé. Location à recommander sans pb!

maison très agréable et bien située

très bonne semaine en famille, le jardin est agréable et la maison spacieuse. La literie est très bonne. Une des chambres est un peu à l'écart avec sa salle de bains, ce qui permet éventuellement des rythmes différents entre les occupants! Merci beaucoup!

Séjour à Noirmoutier en l’ile

Une grande maison avec un beau jardin à noirmoutier en l’ile- le centre ville à 5 min à pieds et les plages à 10 min à vélos - Au calme avec toutes les commodités à proximité! Même si l emplacement de la location est ideal la maison manque toutefois d un bon nettoyage de fond...compte tenu du prix ...

La maison était très spacieuse,tout correspondait bien à l 'annonce il ne manquait rien. Une maison dans un quartier calme. Literies très confortables Un concierge très sympathique, prêt à intervenir au besoin. Une adresse que nous conserverons,et recommandons.

A recommander sans hésiter

Maison très bien equipee. Cuisine fonctionnelle et spacieuse. Deco actuelle et très grands lits dans toutes les chambres (suffisamment rare pour être noté), excellente literie neuve. Beaucoup d’espace, mm a deux familles, on est à l’aise. Endroit à la fois calme et hyper central. On se rend dans la rue principale piétonne en 5 minutes de marche, mm avec des enfants en bas âge. Trajet pour la plage : 5 mn à vélo par des petits chemins, 7 mn par la route, et 3 mn en voiture. Bonnes relations avec le concierge, qui est aux petits soins. On regrette juste de quoi se mettre à l´ombre dans le jardin ( grand parasol, voile tendue..?), et un peu plus d’entretien de la terrasse et du jardin. A recommander sans hésitation!

Très bonne situation et fonctionnalité au rdv

Idealement située près du centre de Noirmoutier la maison a de nombreux atouts : grande pièce de réception, suite parentale à l'écart, excellente literie, 3 velos adultes mis à disposition, arrière cuisine pratique avec l'équipement adéquat. La decoration est de bon ton dans un esprit bord de mer. Acceuil par la concergierie très pratique et très aimable. Le wifi est un + indeniable avec des ados surtout et c'est un equipement rare dans les locations. Quelques petits bemols : le jardin meriterait plus d'attention, l'absence d'une voile d'ombrage est un manque , cela serait plus pratique qu'un parasol trop lourd à déplacer avec le soleil qui tape, nous n'avons pas mangé une seule fois dehors.

Ne cherchez plus le rêve, il est là

Malgré un temps pluvieux sur 3 jours, aucun regret d'être ici. Maison idéale pour 4 couples plus un bébé, agréablement décorée. Rien ne manque. Situé tout près du centre, tout se fait à pieds. Spacieuse. Le concierge est fortement sympathique. Bien demander au concierge de mettre le chauffage 24h avant car souci avec le bébé, grosse crise de laryngite en pleine nuit avec un appel au SAMU. Le lendemain la maison était bien chaude. A recommander sans problème

super séjour dans une jolie maison

Notre séjour à Noirmoutier a été très agréable.La maison est très bien située pour faire de belles ballades, elle est très spacieuse. Le service de conciergerie est très à l'écoute pour donner de bonnes adresses. Nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander cette location.
