"Fantastic villa with all you need in an interesting nighberhood full of oliveplantation, still with the Castilliana town within a half an hour walk. The coast with some interesting old towns reachable easy with car."

"We had a very relaxing and enjoyable week at the villa. There was plenty of space around the pool and lots of options for sitting and dining outside - either in sun or shade. There was also a hammock which I found ideal for an afternoon nap. Inside the villa had air conditioning and was well equipped with a good size kitchen dining area, plus there was the option of using the pizza oven and barbecue outside. The owner Giuseppe was extremely helpful, and was onsite to welcome us to the villa...

"Villa was beautiful very clean, pool area very spacious, the pool was very large and clean! No air con in the lower bedroom and living area but large ceiling fan! Aircon in the second floor, where the other bedrooms were was working perfectly well. Overall the villa was great and accommodated all of us 7 adults! Matteo our host was always on call to assist us on anything we needed"

"Fantastic villa in Polignano a mare. Our host Umberto met us there and gave us a full tour of the property explaining anything we needed to know. The villa easily accommodated 5 adults and was very spacious with full amenities. Beautiful gardens also. I would highly recommend the villa to anyone interested in staying in the area. "We stayed for a week here at this beautiful home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and well maintained as is the surrounding property. There are many amenities (pool, tennis, table tennis, basketball) to enjoy plus a couple of nice areas to sit outside and eat or enjoy the evening. While Italy was extremely hot during our stay, the pool and the AC in the bedrooms kept us cool. I would highly recommend this house for a relaxing, family focused holiday that is still within...

"The place was clean but this listing is misleading. There was a surprise electricity fee at checkout which was very high for a 3 night stay. Forget about using the pool & outdoor space because the amount of insects is unreal. There’s no repellant or sections with nets to help the situation. The rooms, bathrooms, & even the kitchen are secluded from each other so we had to step outside to move across rooms. I wish that we knew that prior to booking since we selected this place with the sole...
