"The Schloßschenke is a beautiful hotel conveniently in the heart of Idar-Oberstein. There are plenty of shops and restaurants all in within easy walking distance and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant was undergoing renovation but a very nice continental breakfast was included and served in the smaller dining area. Parking is a little bit of an issue as in most cities but the hotel had free parking at a reserved parking area only 300 meters from the hotel. I would stay...

"Lovely guest house about 30 mins from Trier in a national park. Host on site to welcome. Large ensuite room with bath and separate shower. Comfortable bed. Free parking. There is a upstairs terrace to sit out on. Not sure about a pool, there's a public pool across the road. Breakfast was continental but plenty of it."

"We have arrived at the location and the host welcomed us and showed us the property and explained everything needed. The apartment is cosy and easily suits a family with two children as there are three bedrooms ensuring plenty of privacy. The bathroom is modern as the entire apartment and the kitchen is fully equipped. Parking on the street is no problem. Fully recommend to stay here."
