This might sound trivial but you will never forget the night you cooked in the same room as you sleep when there is no extract. "

Our breakfast of fresh juice and fruits, cheese and a selection of salmon and cured meats was prepared by a very charming local woman. When I return to the region, I will definitely include this special small hôtel on my itinerary. "
