It was a good huge bigger > my room-size of breakfast display; in rush of catching my train, the server give me a to-go bag. Isra the front receptionist is unbelievable, she helped me to call my Stockholm hotel for my left behind passport. Melanie, the mgr is very nice and friendly to provide me with direction for train office (trying to return to Stockholm for my passport) Thank you Isra ! You r the BEST ! And, she deserves a pay-raise 💕"

"The Pier is in a good location if you like it quiet although getting to the city centre is just across the water. Check in and out was friendly and professional. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast had an excellent and varied choice. Although it was very busy with AC/DC in town the staff coped well and still managed to make everything run smoothly. The only advice I would give is to book your car parking (if you require it) as soon as possible. "
