Hotel Gracery Shinjuku

"The room was smaller than expected but I hear all rooms in Japan are. The AC was very nice during the hot summer. Overall it was a very good experience. My only complaint is the coin laundry they have; the wash cycle takes 30 minutes and recommended 60 minutes to dry, this often causes a line for the dryers. Additionally, when I went to use the dryers, after a full hour my clothes were still damp. Other than that awesome hotel, love the godzilla display they have in the lobby :)"

"Everything was 5 star quality. Breakfast was amazing, nice & quiet environment. Staff was exceptionally helpful, helped me get the taxi to tokyo station by stopping the taxi for me. I was worried about getting to the station and getting the train. Loved my stay."

"Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse et patience. Un hôtel très propre, beau, avec une magnifique vue sur la skytree tower. Chambre confortable, un espace convenable pour 2 adultes et un enfant. Le restaurant/bar au dernier étage est très chic avec une vue superbe. Le petit déjeuner était complet et très bien. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel."
