"This is such a beautiful hotel and we have a wonderful experience every time we stay. The service is superb, the staff is so kind and helpful. The rooms are large and airy with lots of natural light. The bathrooms are immaculate, with large showers and nice amenities. There’s a nice restaurant & coffee shop within the hotel but Garage Food Hall is lovely and steps away. Oodles of other dining, bars and entertainment within walking distance. "Resevered an apartment with them for a school event received confirmation and the day of check in they could not find a reservation at all despite me having already been charged...their solution was to book a different available unit as they had several available, however, when the booking site contacted them they were told nothing was available...this resulted in a lot of food waste as i had brought things with me to put in the fridge. I was forced into a hotel with no fridge instead so on top...
