"As soon as I walked into the lobby, I felt at home. It smelled so fresh & luxurious. Staff were so friendly and seemed genuinely happy to see us. Our room was very well appointed with a modern bathroom, mini bar with sink/counter, mini refrigerator, Nespresso machine & hot kettle. Beds were very comfortable & we slept well. The view from the pool on the rooftop was breathtaking and the food from A Cliff Kitchen was outstanding. Super happy we chose Amari by Vivere in El Nido with its modern feel, convenient location & wonderful staff."

"Breakfast is good. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The shower has no door so the water can splash out. The key is old fashioned not card keys. But overall we like the hotel. It is beautiful inside the hotel"

"The resort was great our cottage was clean and ready when we arrived. The staff were very helpful. Rachel was very accommodating at the front desk answering our questions and was able to extend our stay and ordered us a shuttle. The two gentlemen at the Bull restaurant bar gave us good service. Their free breakfast were excellent and many to choose from. We would love to stay there again."

"This hotel is exceptional in all aspects of our stay. We stayed in Studio 1, opposite the check in office. The rooms were clean and shower area large. The restaurant’s food was delicious, compliments to the chef for always producing tasty, delicious meals. The staff in the restaurant area are very attentive and helpful. The pool was delightful and an area we frequented often. The happy hour at the restaurant was great with delicious and perfectly made cocktails. I had a massage at the facility, they were professional and it was one of the best massages I had experience in some time. I would highly recommend this hotel and if we ever went back to El Nido this is where we would stay. A special mention to Wilma in the hotel restaurant who went above and beyond in everything she did. She treated everyone with kindness and respect even if patrons were rude. Additionally, I also noticed the way everyone helped each other even if it was not part of their role. Pool staff, helping kitchen staff clear tables, an exceptional example of team work."

"My second time staying at this hotel and really enjoyed it. Definitely worth it for the view, fresh breakfast, amenities, professionalism of the staff, and walking distance to El Nido town. I was very happy to see how many improvements were made during my last stay 2 years ago. The owner is great and made me feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel."
