"The Grant Estate (Eighteenth) is set in a beautiful setting close to the long beach. It has a lot of facilities on site ie: pool, tennis courts, club house with bar and restaurant. The golf greens are superb and are a pleasure to be around they are perfectly groomed. The apartments are very contempary and are beautifully kept. It was a pleasure to stay we only wish it were longer."

"I have hot flashes so it was important to have central air. It was not clear from the listing that there was no central air just a tiny unit in one bedroom that did little to cool the apartment. The agent was rude and very unhelpful- My son and I left the property after just 2 days- We had paid for a full 5 day stay, but she refused to reimburse any part of the money paid.
