The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We would have appreciated if the pool had been heated, especially since it is outdoors. During this time of year, the temperatures were quite cold, which made it difficult to fully enjoy that amenity. Overall, it was a pleasant experience for our family."

"Staff was great but we wouldn't stay at this hotel again. The photos are misleading for the rooms and condition of the hotel. We had multiple rooms and some didn’t have a hair dyer inside, they don’t provide shampoo or conditioner only body gel. One rooms tv didn’t work and they don’t have anyone for house keeping. If you need anything you have to go to the front desk and ask for it, they won’t bring it to you. Distance to the beach is nice. "

"I wasn't notified that my 3bedroom was sold that i booked a week in advance i got notified when i arrived and made it very inconvenient for me and my family and we drove 3 1/2hrs so im very mad about that and the customer service started very rude and started to say take wat i give u and find somewhere else and get a refund for something i booked in advance very unprofessional "

"The staff upon arrival was pretty friendly, but i have to say i was a little underwhelmed with the cleanliness of the room. The floors were sticky and there was hair already in the bathtub upon arrival. It is pretty close to everything so if you are looking for that and affordability then this will be okay for you. The parking lot is a game in itself in waiting to see if someone moves so you can be able to get a spot so that you won’t have to park down the street or at a meter. Must mention the rooms are pretty spacious. "
