"Last minute reservation so a much larger “room” than expected. Three beds/two bath apartment. Perfect for a large family or a group of friends. Bring food! Some good restaurants around but a ways away. Very reasonably priced, very clean where it mattered. The unit we selected happened to be above a garage which we didn’t mind but the stairway smelled a tiny bit of normal garage smells. Inside we didn’t notice at all."

"The cabin was very cute and comfortable. Our stay was met with the first two days being 100, and the third day the smoke from Canada wildfires blew in, so it meant spending most of our time indoors. The air conditioning kept us very comfortable. We did get to see geese, on the lawn and in the water, loons, and a mallard. Nice place!"

"The home was neat and tidy. Everything that was needed was supplied. The host always responded in a timely manner. Nice that the driveway was a pull through for hauling a trailer. The neighbors were quiet, but friendly if you were out when they happened to be out. You are about 11 miles from the closest gas/diesel station which also has fairly decent grocery store/ convenience store. Everyone is very friendly. Another plus is one of the best scenic state parks is within 20 minutes, Bond Falls State Park is definitely worth a stop!! We went several times to enjoy the waterfall area. Warning that mosquitos and the black flies can be annoying especially in the evening, but a little bug spray can keep the mosquitoes at bay, can't say it helps with the biting flies. Also, Paulding General Store is worth the stop if supplies are needed or just in the mood for ice cream."
