"The staff was amazing, amenities were amazing, the benefits from my Expedia level were great, only gripe I have was the shower curtain was a little moldy (would have been more of a problem if we stayed more than 1 night). Aside from that, amazing location and would definitely recommend!"

"Great value for the location. Family Mart is right across the street and a good amount of restaurants and shops near the hotel. The shopping street, Daimaru mall and Parco mall are just across the street(you can use the under tunnel to get to the mall and train station before you cross the street too). My hotel room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and speaks English. I like that they have a separate room to keep your luggage locked if you arrived the hotel earlier or for whatever reason...

"On a apprécié beaucoup la proximité de l’hôtel et la grandeur de la chambre. L’essentiel était présent. Le personnel était très serviable et respectueux! Qualité-prix excellent! Je retournerai la prochaine fois! Le Dotonbori est très très proche! Le personnel est toujours présent et il essaie de nous aider malgré la barrière de langue!!!! On apprécie beaucoup! Le dépanneur est juste à côté, très pratique pour un déjeuner rapide et il y a plusieurs cafés juste à côté!"
