"A great stay and definitely a highlight of our trip. The food was good but nothing to die for. The highlight was definitely the time away in the private onsen which is bigger than shown. We're 2 people and we fit comfortably."

"While the place is a bit dated, the place has been kept clean. The private onsen is great. We never had to wait for long to use it. It is located literally right outside Gora station and it convenient for us to start the Hakone loop with the cable car. We didn't need to explore dining places around as breakfast and dinner have been included and these have been great."

"Thank you for the receptionist updated me to a big room for 2 nights, the room is huge and with an excellent view facing to the lake and mountains!"

"Quite location with a grocery store nearby. Rooms are quite dark and could be cleaner, especially the sofa and in room onsen would deserve an upgrade. Plenty of food for dinner and breakfast, however, we would prefer less but better quality. Onsen with the forest view was nice."
