"It was a very clean and comfortable room for a single traveler. WiFi is provided specifically for your room, and amenities such as toothbrushes and nightwear is included in your stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfast served! It was a mixture of Japanese and Western foods. The hotel itself is right across from the airport's Access Plaza, which holds the Tourist Information center and the train station. I only speak a little Japanese, and after a full day of traveling, and I needed help checking in. The staff member helping me was incredibly kind. The walls are a little thin, and that could be a problem for light sleepers. I was fine though!"

"Convenient for jet boat to Tsu across the bay. Weird shuttle. Can drop you off at aIrport but not pick you up. You have to walk through concourse and enclosed walkway to end up 400 neters from hotel. There's where the bus can pick you up. But by that time you might as well walk the rest of the way. "

"I just loved staying at this cute little hotel. I got the room that is larger than the smallest room, and although it was still small, it had everything I needed and was comfortable. This hotel is not a luxury hotel, so I was not expecting that. Yet, the service was excellent and the breakfast was really great. The large bath on the 3rd floor was great, and if you like to go to a much bigger spa, you can get a free entrance and transport to a very large spa where I used to go. I did not have enough time to go this time, but I will next time! What a service! And the location is EXCELLENT. I just loved everything about this hotel and I look forward to staying here whenever I come back to Japan to visit my family. "
