"I have stayed here a few time. This time I tried the spa. Absolutely fantastic! I slept really well after a visit to the spa and sauna. The staff were very nice and helped me get a taxi each day. Since I have been learning some Japanese and trying to speak it they seem more friendly. Except the breakfast guy he’s all business lol"

"It’s amazing, the staff is friendly and professional, always with a smile. The room is well kept and it is spacious in Japan standard. Excellent location, the hotel is just next to Kumamoto station. And it is easy to go to the attractions by taking the tram in front of Kumamoto station. Will definitely recommend to my friends and families. I will pick this hotel if I ever come again, simply love it! 😍"

"We chose this hotel because it is walking distance to Kumamoto castle and the reviews were good. We were pleasantly surprised that friendliness and professionalism of the staff, convenience to the restaurants and stores for shopping, and room was very nice and comfortable. We tried weekend brunch buffet which was much better than we expected! Everything we had was so delicious!! I wished we were able to try their breakfast buffet as well. We would stay here again and it is highly recommended! "
