"The Hotel.com web advert for the Hotel is materially incomplete. After you have paid, you get a 1.5 page complex Message imposing Check In by Phone and an App as mandatory. It's illegal to impose mandatory extra conditions after paying. Also, even though the room is paid in full before arrival they add an additional "Reservation Hold" of $150 euro on your Card, and after you leave the say to "contact your bank to cancel it". When I wanted to book an extra night (there is no front desk, so this was particularly of value to me), Kevin was able to mail me a link and it was all taken care of within 30 minutes! FrauHeinze hatte damit überhaupt kein Problem und informierte uns über alles Wissenswerte. Außerdem hatte sie prompt ein Fahrrad für uns parat. Damit war unser Fahrradurlaub gerettet. "Die Umgebung war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber Probleme gab es jetzt keine. Die Wohnungs ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. "Die Buchung klappte schnell und problemlos und der unkomplizierte und freundliche Kontakt mit dem Vermieter per WhatsApp war von Anfang an supernett. Vor Ort stand uns ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung, wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und bekamen eine Einweisung in die Wohnung, die sehr sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet ist. Uns als 4-Köpfiger Familie hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war absolut günstig, so dass wir von hier aus mit dem Auto schnell Leipzig und die Umgebung erkunden...
