"The room was nice, large and comfortable and I think newly decorated. The gym is very good. Outdoor pool is not great, no shade as it is at roof level so no umbrellas. Outdoor service is slow even though lots of staff, none seem to be able to complete an order and payment without consulting with others. There is no outdoor area to have a drink or dinner besides the pool area which is deserted and plays very loud music at night. Breakfast room has nice view but is dated, staff very well organised in this area. Besides service around pool area the staff are excellent and cannot do enough for you. Location is not great, on a hill and besides the palace isn’t really near anything."

"Rooms need a little touch, nothing major example. Glass for toothbrushes. Robes, hangers only has 2 , better quality bath towels ,breakfast staff should be more attentive to customers rather then clearing tables, probably more choice of hot food at breakfast. Grill restaurant staff should wait until you finish your starters before serving dinner. Other than that all good."

"The hotel was central to dining locations street vending if that’s your thing. Coffee houses dessert houses shopping very good location just to get out of your hotel room and walk around felt very safe in the area I was at."

"We chose this hotel because it was conveniently located close to the venue where we were attending a wedding reception, and we couldn’t have made a better choice. From the moment we arrived, we were very pleased with the hotel. Everything was clean, beautifully maintained, and welcoming. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was equally spacious and spotless. I was initially a little hesitant about booking breakfast because of some previous reviews, but I’m so glad we decided to include it. The breakfast was excellent, with a generous open buffet offering plenty of fresh seasonal fruits, a wonderful selection of cheeses and breads, as well as fresh omelettes and waffles prepared to our liking. The location is another great advantage. It is about a 15-minute walk to Ortaköy and around 20 minutes to Nişantaşı and Galataport. We especially enjoyed the beautiful walk along the Bosphorus, with stunning views all the way. The hotel is also conveniently located near the pier for daily boat tours. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning to return to the same hotel when our daughter comes to visit us. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to coming back!"
