"The breakfast is amazing ! Delicious full English breakfast with croissant and juice. We enjoyed it very much. It was quiet as there are only 5 accommodation rooms above the restaurant. "

"We had a wonderful stay at No. 29. Our host, Chris, was very welcoming and thoughtful. We loved the personal touches, from the delicious homemade lemon drizzle cake waiting for us on arrival to the cafetière coffee provided in our room. Our room was peaceful, quiet, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a highlight, perfectly cooked with a wide selection, including even more homemade cake and the best homemade bread I’ve ever tasted! Chris is a lovely, friendly host, and we highly recommend...

"The room was fairly basic, minimalist! There were no spare blankets available but the room had heat available in the hotel.
The restaurant ordering was all by QR code - no cash. The food was good.
The outer corridors was noisy until 9.45pm with small children running up and down and yelling unsupervised. I didn’t report it hoping the parents would act like parents!"
"The room was spacious and clean although there was a noticeable chip out of the wardrobe beading. The HarBar6th could have been cleaner a lot of crumbs trapped between the tile top and glass.
Lunch in the Jetty restaurant was good, but the table was not cleared at the completion of dessert course and no tea or coffee offered.
Somewhat disappointing for a 5 star hotel."
"Lots of parking. Large gym, pool was ok, each person had to pay £5 to use the gym/pool. The restaurant only had a buffet on but there are good pubs and restaurants which were a short drive away."
"Bed and Roof overhead, locks on the doors are solid. Did have someone sleeping in the communal area though and all doors open aside from bedrooms at 2am."
"I booked a night here before my cruise and everything was swonderful. My room was large and clean. The pub had wonderful staff and I enjoyed having a pint of beer on their deck. I ate supper at Marco Pierre and enjoyed a wonderful buffet breakfast in the same area the next morning. The concierge here were outstanding! They are always visible, will store your luggage and even arrange taxi transfer to the cruise port. Very organized, and safe feeling - especially for a solo woman traveler."
"This is a beautiful hotel very centrally located for port and town , very clean, great amenities , very pleasant and helpful staff, special recognition to Lewis at reception. No parking at this hotel but parking is just over the road at a reasonable cost. Would def book this hotel again on our next cruise stop over."
