Villa Roma is located in a small place called Žerava, which is located in between Zadar and Nin, which is known as the oldest Croatian royal city, and is only 15 km from Zadar. Apart from the rich cultural heritage, Nin is proud of its position on an island in the middle of a shallow lagoon which, in addition to being a real little paradise for families and children, also has healing properties. Nin also boasts the smallest cathedral in the world, St. Nicholas, as well as the statue of Gregory of Nin, whose golden thumb allegedly brings good luck, so it is included in the 10 most attractive symbols of happiness in the world.

Villa Roma will delight you with its modern decoration whose choice of colors and materials adds to the feeling of luxury. In addition to the beautiful interior, the villa also has a tavern and a wood-burning fireplace where you can enjoy preparing Dalmatian delicacies, after which you can refresh yourself in a spacious private pool overlooking the mountains and untouched nature.
