"I was assigned three rooms during my five night stay. The first was just plain filthy. The second was full of motel furniture auction pieces with cigarette burns and drawer linings that looked more like fly paper. The shower, which was gross appeared textured (it may have been at one time) but wasn’t. I slipped trying to get out of the tub and while laying on the tile floor it became clear why the bathroom door didn’t shut and the hinges appeared to be pulling away from the frame as that was the only thing I could use to pull myself up off the floor. While mopping up with the bathmat I soon collected a lot of hair far longer and darker than mine - and just gave up. Staff gave me a better but unfinished room where the bedroom had five lamps, three which didn’t work no matter what I tried. I don’t understand why they would offer anyone a room that they know to be substandard. This is the hospitality business after all. The property is obviously undergoing an upgrade. Carpets throughout were stained and filthy. But why not put your guests in a renovated room or the best you had? After my fall, the desk staff offered that maybe I would like a room with a bathmat. And a new rubber one was provided. That bathroom was better but the same tub, which would not hold water, so no bath just shower available. Based on the condition of the various rooms I never wanted their breakfast or use of the pool and hot tub, although it sounded appealing for my aches and pains. Absolutely the worst!"

"No pans in kitchen, limited towels in bathroom and no coffee in the room."

"There was not much parking, the room had roaches and the AC unit was not working properly. The rooms are cheap but not really where you want to stay! They have to have security guards at the front gate to secure the property due to the crime. "

"Everything was good, the only issue I had was the damage fee or deposit. This information should be given up front not after you book the property. We got the room as a cheaper alternative instead of getting two hotels rooms. At the end if the day it costed us more. Also the AC unit in the master bedroom needs to be cleaned. We woke up to dirt all over us from the AC."

"First room i was given, A used room not cleaned from the last guest. Next room key wouldn't work 3 trips to the office to re program the key. Was told card machine not working and I'd have to go to the office to have someone let me in. Room was clean, bed was hard, pillows a smell to them. No soap, shampoo or even a cup for water or coffee. People next room over fighting or partying most of the night. Property was dirty. And weekly guests. Burn it down and start over!"

"We had an excellent stay and enjoyed ourselves. The backyard was large and the weather great. Getting in was easy and checkout not too onerous."
