"Overall great stay! Perfect location for grabbing the light rail into Seattle. Easy to find, lots of parking, mall nearby. 2 queen room had a great layout - I love when the mirror and sink are separated from the toilet/shower - more people can get ready at once. Beds were comfy. Only problem was the Wifi - it was weak and my phone would not stay connected. The IT staff tried restarting the router and suggested some trouble shooting for me but it did not improve ( I was on 3rd floor). I was offered a room change but not able to take it due to roommates weren’t around to help move their stuff. Absolutely would stay here again but would test wifi before unpacking."

"The room was clean, although there was an odor in the bathroom (like a sour smell), as if maybe some extra cleaning was missed. (I have a nose that knows.) The amenities were very few (like no lotions or such were provided), and the shampoo in the bathroom was almost out. (Fortunately, I brought my own!) One of the lamps near the bedside was broken, and the outlets were a bit sketchy. We slept too long to take advantage of the breakfast, so we went next door to Denny's. Parking was very good, but if you walk to a nearby restaurant, the road is quite uneven."

"Well we got there and the hot tub was not in operation, was not notified prior to check in at hotel. The business center did not work as I needed to use the computer and printer which costed me more time and money to get things printed at staples. Many of the hotels doors broken and things did not work. Could of swore that breakfast was included, which it was not. I also was harassed by the staff of the hotel for not being a current guest, as I was being chased down the hallway being accused of not being a guest at 7:00am walking the lobby with a cup of coffee. There were many other places we could have stayed if we were informed of these things prior to us checking in, which we were not. I was really disappointed being harassed by the hotel staff for not being a current guest, as this was pure character profiling and bad judgment on the hotel staff. I am not homeless or looked homeless, but was harassed as if I was. This made me very uncomfortable and not happy with the hotel and its staff. While checking out I did talk to the current staff at checkout counter as this guy was really helpful and listed to my valid complaints. I will be contacting the hotel management as part of this review and let them know my concerns about our stay and the situations that occurred at the hotel."

"Parking was easy, stairs are only way to access 2nd and 3rd floor rooms. Staff were nice. Room was clean but cleaner they use was very very strong. Good location close to lots of restaurants 👌. Breakfast was simple. Yogurt ,cereals ,hard boiled eggs and bagels . Beds were uncomfortable, pillows were flat and towels were dirty."

"Very nice home for family and friend gatherings. Affordable and easy access to I-5. Quite neighborhood. Plenty of parking for 3-4 vehicles. Enjoyed hot tub although last night it quit working probably user error as the filter came loose. Beautiful back yard and great deck! BBQ worked great. Fire pit was a nice place to relax under the stars. Plenty of space for 3 kids in the den downstairs. Great kitchen space and dining table for 8. "

"It was a fully equipped kitchen, but we did not cook. This house is located next to 2 large parks. It’s an easy walk to Yost Park. And there’s a tunnel under Main Street to the other park. it’s a good house if you need 4 to 5 bedrooms. The house sits close to the street and there is traffic noise, especially at rush-hours. I found the host easy to communicate with and certainly accommodating. I got my SUV down the driveway and was able to make a five point turn to face out if I could not back in. But there was no rain or cold weather when I was able to pull in and out. I would be cautious of that and there is plenty of parking on the street. "
