The rooms are quite large but very bare, the lighting is poor and the curtains don't open (though I tied mine back with socks!). "Terrible experience. Terrible customer care. The hotel was shut and they refused to refund me. We (my wife and my 4 year old child) arrived at the location and the gate was shut. The nice lady who was at the hotel (we were unable to speak to her in the local language) did not let us through the gate then called someone who told me that the hotel was under refurbishment hence shut. He actually suggested us to book an hotel nearby. I called the German number associated with the hotel and another...
